MAYONNAISE

INGREDIENTS:
olive oil
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon of strong mustard
salt
ground pepper

preparation:


*  mix the egg yolk and the mustard in a big bowl
*whip up the mixture with a beater while delicately incorporating olive oil slowly
*while the oil has been perfectjy absorbed, add salt and pepper to you taste
