ICE CREAM WITH OLIVE OIL

Do you ever heard about ice cream with olive oil ? That's the way to make it


Ingredients:

10 centiliters of  LOLIV OLIV OIL WITH ORANGE OR WITH GRAPEFRUITOR WITH TANGERINE
1/2 LITER OF MILK
250 grams of heavy cream
150 GRAM OF SUGAR
5 eggs yolk


Preparation:


* warm teh milk ,the cream and the slit pod of vanilla
*mix the egg yolks and the sugar until the mixture is white, incorporate teh warm milk a little at time while whipping.
* Cook on medium heat and keep stirring , incorporate the oil and let cool off.
*Put in the freezer for three hours minimum
