Real, Atletico Madrid to be treated like Barcelona if rules breached - Blatter

ESPN FC's Gab Marcotti discusses Sepp Blatter protesting his innocence regarding multiple accusations in a letter to FIFA. Sepp Blatter has said Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid will face "similar sanctions" to Barcelona if they are found guilty of infringing FIFA rules on youth players.
