A long-awaited UN report on last summer’s Gaza war was scathing in its criticism of Israel’s devastating aerial and ground operations, saying it may have committed war crimes. But it was no less critical of Hamas, concluding that the Islamist group was guilty of a war crime by executing “collaborators’’ with Israel. The report, published on Monday, was dismissed both by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and a Hamas leader, Ghazi Hamed.
