With all four teams in Group C tied on three points, Brazil need a win against Venezuela to ensure a spot in the last eight
Brazil will be looking for a win against Venezuela this evening (11.30 pm CET) to confirm a place in the Copa America quarter finals. Group C is still wide open going into the last game before the knock out stages with Brazil, Colombia, Venezuela and Peru all level on three points after the first two games. Columbia and Peru also play tonight, kicking off an hour and a half before Brazil.
Goal difference in the group means that if Colombia and Peru draw with a result of 2-2 or higher, Brazil will need a similar draw or a win to get through, whilst if either Colombia or Peru win, Brazil will have to win in order to ensure top spot.
Neymar out, but Dani Alves set to start
The big absentee for Dunga is, of course, his captain Neymar who has been suspended for four games following the incidents against Colombia, but Dani Alves, who has played every minute in the tournament so far, looks set to start again, with Liverpool’s Coutinho likely to replace Neymar.
