Prior to Friday's workout, UEFA carried out a doping control on ten Barça players: Montoya, Sergio Busquets, Pedro, Iniesta, Luis Suarez, Mascherano, Bartra, Dani Alves, Vermaelen and Mathieu.
With the Saturday's Spanish Cup Final against Athletic Bilbao at Camp Nou fast approaching, FC Barcelona continued preparing on Thursday morning at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper. The coaching staff had all first-team players available. Luis Suárez joined his team mates despite not having medical clearance. Munir El Haddadi, from Barça B, also joined the group.
Barça will train again on Friday morning, after which players Andrés Iniesta and Sergio Busquets, and head coach Luis Enrique will appear before the media in the pre-Final press conference. Saturday's match between FC Barcelona and Athletic Club kicks off at 9.30pm CET.
