There was no official announcement from the team, but it appears the Angels will option designated hitter Marc Krauss to Triple-A Salt Lake on Thursday before their series opener against the Tigers. There is also a good chance outfielder Collin Cowgill will be placed on the disabled list with a right hand injury.
