OLIVE OIL FOR FRYING

FOR NICE FRENCH FRIES, DROP THEM IN BOILING OIL AND REMOVE THEM AS SOOSN AS THEY ARE GOLDEN. WAIT A FEW MINUTES AND THROW THEM AGAIN IN THE OIL TO FINISH COOKING.
