DO YOU KNOW "DIBUJOS FRITOS" ?

The "dibujos fritos" ,litterally  "fried drawing", are a speciality whose recipe was given to picasso by the painter isidro nonel.

Warm a small quantity of olive oil  ,in a saucepan, throw the drawing in and brown while shaking the saucepan.

When the drawing turn into a beautiful bistre color , that the edge begin to curl up, remove from the stove.

The result is an old style drawing with the right amount of patina.
