HOW TO PRESERVE ARTICHOKES

Ingredients:


50 centiliters of BUONGUSTO OLIVE OIL 
10 artichokes
10 Peppercorns
2 Laurel leaves 
5 coriander kernels


Preparation:


*Wash the artichokes, cook them For twenty minutes in salted boiling water,without lid, add some lemon to the boiling water so the artichokes hearts do not turns blacks.
*strain and pull the leaves off, keep the hearts without the choke.
* place the artichoke hearts, the coriandre kerness, peppercorns laurel leaves in layer in a jar
* cover completely with BUONGUSTO extra virgin olive oil
*Marinate for one month

Marinades with LOLIV OLIVE OIL WITH GARLIC( see the photo)

Ingredients:


4 tablespoons of LOLIV OLIVE OIL WITH GARLIC 2 tablespoons of lemon juice ,cooking salt,peppercorns


Preparation:


* Mix the LOLIV OLIVE OIL WITH GARLIC and the lemon juice
* Add the cooking salt and the peppercorns
* Marinate the meats to be grilled for one hour

OLIVE OIL AS SHINE/SOFNESS

Ingredients:


3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of honey
 1 egg yolk
lemon juice


Preparation:


Mix all ingredients

Application:


Massage your scalp and your hair with the preparation.
Wait for at least half an hour, while your hair is wrapped in a warm towel.
Wash and rinse with warm water

OLIVE OIL IS AN ANTI-DANDRUFF

Ingredients:

150 centiliters of olive oil
20 centiliters of castor oil
20 centiliters of cologne

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients

Application:

Massage the scalp with the preparation .
Wash and rinse with warm water
